Verified guest feedback. From the table, not the algorithm.

Guests scan a QR code, swipe through a short card deck, and you see how every visit actually went. Setup takes one afternoon.

Something great is on its way

Why Koalati

Feedback you can trust because you know where it came from.

A review from an unknown source is noise.

Koalati ties every response to a verified scan — so when you receive feedback, you know it came from a real customer, not a form someone filled in from a parking lot. The result is feedback that actually changes how you operate.

How it works

From table scan to verified review

  1. Print your table QR

Each table gets a unique QR code generated from your dashboard. Guests scan it with their phone’s camera — no app, no account, nothing to download. The QR links to a feedback session tied to that table and visit time.

  2. Guests swipe through a short card deck

A curated set of rating cards appears on the guest’s phone — typically five to seven questions covering food, service, ambiance, and value. The swipe format takes under 90 seconds. Completion rates are significantly higher than traditional survey forms because there’s no open text field to dread.

  3. See every response in one place

Each completed session lands in your operator dashboard with the rating, the visit time, and the table it came from. No spreadsheets to assemble. No comments to skim. The data shows up structured because the session was structured to begin with.

  4. Spot the patterns that matter

Rating averages by category, trends over time, and flags when service speed, food temperature, or atmosphere drops below your threshold. The signal you’d otherwise need a manager on the floor to surface for you.

  5. Rewards keep them coming back

Optionally, guests who complete the flow receive a digital reward — a discount, a complimentary item, a priority reservation — delivered to their phone’s wallet. No loyalty app, no punch card. The reward is tied to the visit, not to an account they’ll never create.

What’s inside

Built for the front-of-house.

  • Live before the next service

Print a QR, assign a feedback deck, and you're running. No hardware. No training session. No IT ticket. One afternoon is enough.

  • Question decks built for the dining experience

Rating cards cover the moments that matter — food quality, service pace, ambiance, value.

  • See what's working, table by table

Rating averages by category, visit trends over time, threshold flags when service drops.

  • Reward the visit, not the algorithm

A digital reward delivered to the guest's wallet pass — no app download required.

  • Under 90 seconds

Completion rates that traditional surveys can't touch — because the format takes less time than waiting for the check.

Common questions

What operators ask before they sign up

How do QR code feedback systems actually work in a restaurant?

Each table gets a printed QR code linking to a short rating session unique to that table. When a guest scans it, the session is tied to a real visit — so the feedback you collect comes from someone who was actually present at your venue, not from anyone with the link.

What makes Koalati different from a generic survey tool?

Generic survey tools accept responses from anyone who has the link. Koalati ties every response to a verified scan at your venue, so the feedback you collect comes from people who were actually there. The signal is cleaner because the source is real.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR with their phone’s camera, complete the rating cards in the browser, and any reward is delivered straight to their wallet pass. There is nothing for the guest to install, sign up for, or remember a password to.

How much does Koalati cost?

The Starter plan is $29 per month for one location. Pricing details and additional plan tiers are on the pricing page.
